The Tesla Supercharger Diner opened Monday in West Hollywood  and Elon Musk is already teasing a Texas expansion.

Samsung Electronics will produce 2nm chips for Tesla, targeting use in the automaker's supercomputers, autonomous vehicles, and humanoid robots. The chips will be manufactured at Samsung's Taylor, Texas facility under an eight-year contract valued at KRW22.

"Samsung's giant new Texas fab will be dedicated to making Tesla's next-generation AI6 chip," Musk said in a post on X. "The strategic importance of this is hard to overstate."
