Tristan Rogers, best known for playing Robert Scorpio on ABC’s General Hospital, died August 15. He was 79. His passing was confirmed by his longtime manager Meryl Soodak. In July, it was revealed that Rogers had been diagnosed with cancer. Soodak told ABC/7 that Rogers was not a smoker.
