Virginia’s congressional delegation could go heavily Democratic in maps lawmakers released Thursday as they pursue redistricting in reaction to President Donald Trump.

On Thursday, Feb. 5, state Democrats rolled out their politically-charged proposal that would redraw Virginia congressional districts onto a map that gives their party an overwhelming edge.
