Downtown Lexington kicked off the holiday season with a lighting of the downtown Christmas tree and Hanukkah Menorah lighting on Sunday evening.

Director of the Jewish Federation of the Bluegrass, Mindy Haas, lit the menorah. Some familiar faces from here at WKYT, Mayor Linda Gorton, and an international celebrity helped light the tree.
