LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - In anticipation of subfreezing temperatures, three Extreme Weather Shelters have been approved by the Metro. That includes Christ Church Episcopal Cathedral, Grace Immanuel Church of Christ, and St. John Center, which already operates a day shelter.
