There have been dozens of Sonic the Hedgehog games, but which are the good ones and which are the worst of the bunch?

CrossWorlds is a lot of fun to race your way through. The cars feel good and it has some interesting ideas about keeping things fresh. I did come away from my time with it wanting a bit more, though.
