Unlike banks and the post office, The New York Stock Exchange will be open on Monday, Oct. 13. The NYSE usually remains open on Columbus Day despite it being a federal holiday. Nasdaq will also be open on Monday. Nasdaq will not be closed again until Thanksgiving 2025.
