A man accused of shooting and injuring a Jacksonville police officer has been arrested after a days-long manhunt. Authorities have been looking for Bobby Michael Dennis, 64, since Sunday evening, when police say he allegedly shot and injured an on-duty officer in Jacksonville.

According to the (DPS), three of the most wanted criminals in Texas are back in custody following their recent arrests. 26-year-old Ryan Cade Lewis was convicted of two counts of theft of a firearm in 2022 and was arrested in January 2025 for sexual assault of a child.
