Chicago-based United Airlines has released a list of weekend flights that are impacted by the Federal Aviation Administration's cuts across 40 of the nation's busiest markets, with more than 100 United flights in and out of Chicago airports already canceled as of Friday.

United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby said the refund offer was available to any travelers who did not want to fly amidst newly announced restrictions.
