John Leguizamo blasted Dean Cain, calling him a 'moron' after the 'Lois & Clark' actor said he intended to join ICE: 'Your pronouns are has/been.'

The former ‘Superman’ actor recently criticized James Gunn’s adaptation after he said “Superman is the story of America … an immigrant that came from other places and populated the country.”

Both Superman and Cain have reentered the public eye in recent months. In July, “Superman” (2025) director James Gunn spoke about the Man of Steel’s immigrant origins, calling the story of Superman “ the story of America ,” and one of “basic human kindness.” Cain took offense to this framing.
