Harvey Weinstein faces sentencing and a possible retrial in his New York City sex crimes case, but when they’ll happen – and whether he’ll be back in front of another jury – is still up in the air.

A jury in June convicted the disgraced movie mogul of sexually assaulting one woman, acquitted him of assaulting another, but could not reach a verdict in a third case. The judge wants another retrial to be held this year.

"He doesn't want the word rape associated with him," Attorney Arthur Aidala said when asked if Weinstein would take a plea deal.
