RALEIGH, N.C. (WITN) - Flu-related deaths in North Carolina have topped 350, beating last flue season’s total. There have been 362 flu-related deaths, according to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.

The NCDHHS is reporting that those ages 65 years and older are being most affected, and advising people to wash their hands, and get their flu shots.
