Three former Seattle Seahawks players and coaches currently on the Washington Commanders lost in the NFC Championship on Sunday.

One of the Seattle Seahawks’ front-office executives is receiving outside interest. Senior director of player personnel Matt Berry had a virtual interview for the Tennessee Titans’ vacant general manager job. Berry appears to be a legitimate candidate for Tennessee’s opening.

The Atlanta Falcons have hired former assistant Jeff Ulbrich, who spent the past four years with the New York Jets, as defensive coordinator.

Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner continues to defy Father Time with yet another standout playoff performance. One week after Wagner had eight total tackles, half a sack and a fumble recovery in a Commanders 23-20 win over the Buccaneers, he practically did it again.
