looking for current recommendations for message board software for unix. I looked through the database and found stuff like YaBB and phpBB but I'm new to this and am not sure what the desired features ...

But anyways, to get to the point, I want to run a small message board on my site, nothing major like infopop or ubb, but something similiar without all the frills.
