Police in Sioux Falls are investigating after an individual was discovered with a gunshot wound on Sunday morning.

The new apartment complex features six floors of housing units with up to three bedrooms and will also house restaurants on the lower level.

For a decade, the outreach center operated by the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls has been helping those experiencing homelessness in the community.
