Hundreds of runners gathered in downtown Atlanta on Saturday morning to raise money for the family of Officer David Rose.

More than a week after the deadly shooting near the CDC and Emory University, pieces are still being put together of the details of what happened.

The CDC director described the dangers of misinformation, four days after a gunman shot at the headquarters in Atlanta, claiming the COVID-19 shot sickened him.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation revealed new details during a Tuesday morning press conference about the suspect in the CDC shooting last week. FOX 5 Atlanta has also obtained a 911 call made by the suspect's father after the shooting.

The bullets pierced “blast-resistant” windows across the campus, pinning employees down during the barrage. More than 500 shell casings were recovered, the GBI said.
