The Rangers, Angels, and Astros have all had hats from the latest New Era collection pulled, with the Rangers hat selling for huge money on the secondary market.

Earlier this week, a new awkwardly-designed Rangers cap from New Era drew plenty of attention for what it unintentionally spelled in Spanish. As we explained Monday, the design featured each team's standard cap logo superimposed over their jersey logos. In the case of the Rangers, the "T" logo was superimposed in the middle of "TEXAS."

In the wake of New Era’s MLB "Overlap" hats’ viral mishap, including the Rangers’ version which appeared to spell out a Spanish vulgarity, the manufacturer promptly removed the Texas hats from its online store.
