A far-right populist who won the first round in Romania’s canceled presidential election last year has been stopped in traffic by police and taken in for questioning by prosecutors.

The revolutionary flag was created by cutting the despised communist coat arms arms from the national flag. The media coverage of the event showed the revolution spreading across the country.
