Karen Huger from "The Real Housewives of Potomac" has entered a rehab facility following her DUI arrest and conviction.

Though Huger wasn’t in attendance, Andy Cohen was joined by Huger’s longtime castmates for the Season 9 reunion: Gizelle Bryant, Mia Thornton, Ashley Darby, Dr. Wendy Osefo, Stacey Rusch and Kiearna Stewart.
