A late-season push has Michigan State making a move in NCAA Tournament projections. The Spartans (23-5, 14-3 Big Ten), who have won four straight, moved up to a No. 2 seed in updated bracketology posted Friday by ESPN’s Joe Lunardi and Jerry Palm of CBS Sports.
