Organizers of the “No Kings” rally including Indivisible East Bay estimate that over 10,000 people converged in Oakland’s Chinatown and marched to Frank Ogawa Plaza on Saturday, June 14 to take part in one of the many protests planned across the nation.

Jonas Brothers concerts set for stadiums in six U.S. locales this summer have been outrightly canceled, and new shows in arenas or amphitheaters will take their place. Yesterday, according to estimates by event organizers, millions marched in protest against the Trump administration, including its recent controversial immigration-enforcement raids. Hundreds of “No Kings” demonstrations took place in cities and towns throughout the U.
