The voting is underway for the high-stakes Assembly elections in Delhi on Wednesday (February 5). The fate of 699 candidates will be sealed in a contest that could reshape the political landscape of the national capital.

Exit poll predictions indicate that the Bharatiya Janata Party may make a comeback in the national capital after 27 years.

Delhi voters are participating in the 2025 legislative assembly elections at 13,766 polling stations. Exit polls will be available after 6:30 pm. The Aam Aadmi Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, and Congress are the main contenders,

Pradeep Gupta, chairman and managing director of Axis My India, has predicted a “clean mandate” in the Delhi assembly elections. Notably, almost all exit polls have predicted a historic return of the BJP which has not won the national capital for 27 years.

While the majority of exit polls show BJP having an edge to grab the chair in Delhi, only two predict AAP maintaining its hold in the national capital.

The citizens in the national capital will vote in a single phase on 5. Once the voting ends at 6.30 pm, the exit polls will be aired LIVE on leading news channels across the languages.
