Canning Alfredo sauce! It’s one of our favorite things to have on the shelf! Use it to make a quick pasta, lasagna, scalloped potatoes or whatever else you’d like! This recipe made about 10.5 pints (I just kept the half in my fridge! 6 cups butter 3 blocks cream cheese (8oz each) 4 cups heavy cream 2 cups milk 32 oz fresh shredded Parmesan cheese Salt pepper garlic powder to taste Combine and ladle to 1 inch headspace in hot pint jars. Pressure can for 10 mins. Let cool and seal then remove ring
