Music has always played a vital role in Christian worship. In Scripture, the faithful are encouraged to sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Saint Augustine beautifully expresses this truth when he says, “Singing is for one who loves.” He is also often credited with the saying, “One who sings prays twice,” emphasizing that singing is not just an external act but a deeper form of prayer, flowing from love. Despite this, I have struggled with singing. I have not received formal training in mus
