Pierce County, Washington - PIERCE COUNTY — A 37-year-old woman, disguised as a UPS worker and carrying a gun and burglary tools, was arrested after being caught prowling a South Hill neighborhood on Sunday, the Pierce County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 19900 block of 122nd St. E. around 4 p.m. on Feb. 16.
