I’m fully paralyzed from the chest down. Getting upright and “walking” improves my bone health, muscle connections, and cardio function. Also it kicks my butt every single time- thanks @scifitdublin lol I might not be able to walk again but that doesn’t mean I can’t reap the benefits. What do yall think?
