About 14 seconds into this video, Anna Beth Rowe, a self described fearless advocate for the first amendment, appears to reach up towards former Hattiesburg Councilman, Scott Farris's, head area. Part of the view is shielded from the camera angle by someone's head, so it is not clear if Rowe made physical contact with Farris or what her intent was.. Ms. Rowe was accused of macing a pro flag protestor a few weeks ago at support rally in front of USM. She was also accused of calling two black Miss
