New Attached Chest Press Setup LISTEN UP!! I have been testing out this new Single Band Attached Chest press setup and finding it to be pretty effective at loading the chest. Keep band pressure against the outside of the hand and some level of band tension between the hands. I will use a staggered, parallel or stepping base of support.
