The WORST baby sleep advice…. ⬇️ 1. Switching breastmilk for formula 2. Adding rice cereal to bottles 3. Skipping naps 4. Timing feeds 5. Skipping the bedtime routine 6. Assuming every baby needs to be in bed by 7pm 7.
