The El Paso Police Department released an edited video including body cameras of officers that were on the scene of the shooting that happened Sunday afternoon in Central El Paso. According to EPDD, Cesar Vite Pineda, was arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon in connection with the shooting. Police are investigating an in-custody death at the 4900 block of Crossroads. Police responded to a drunk disturbance call. The call came in at 1:18am. A man approximately in his 50s was taken into custody where he then became unresponsive. Officers performed CPR but unfortunately the man died.
