Hi lovely people! Thank you @seasonitaly for the wonderful octopus 🐙 I made a slow-cooked tomato sauce with onion, celery and carrots. In a separate pot I cooked the octopus, which I then sautéed in olive oil, garlic and chilli with a splash of wine. I then added the tomato sauce to it and gently cooked it altogether for about 20 minutes. I cooked some paccheri pasta in the same water I cooked the octopus in and added the cooked pasta to the tomato and octopus sauce. With the remaining octopus,
