G4S Healthcare Services took over non-emergency patient transport in Kent just nine days ago, but already some patients are complaining their lifts have arrived late or not at all. The local NHS has apologised. G4S says 4 in 5 patients were collected within an hour on Friday and claim the situation is improving. | BBC Kent
