昨天看到這影片，超震撼的一個人用力咳嗽，眼球竟然整個「彈」出眼窩外，卻還能看東西。查了一下資訊，這在醫學上叫做 Globe Luxation（眼球脫垂 、眼球前脫位）。為什麼會發生？疑似眼眶較淺的人（或有甲狀腺眼病、floppy eyelid syndrome 等狀況），在極大腹壓增加時（如劇烈咳嗽、嘔吐、打噴嚏、用力大便），眼球有可能被擠出來。視神經和眼外肌其實有一定的長度和彈性（像滑鼠線有預留長度），只要沒被扯斷、血液供應還在，眼球脫出來後確實還能看見，甚至能微微轉動。急診醫師會先給局部麻醉加大量生理食鹽水沖洗、抗生素，然後小心把眼球推回眼窩。及時處理的話，視力有很高機會完全恢復，但如果拖太久，可能會有角膜損傷、視神經缺血等後遺症。真的很驚人，但也提醒我們，有眼凸或眼眶淺的人，劇烈咳嗽時真的要小心。#純情老郎君的X日常 #眼球脫垂 #GlobeLuxation #醫學冷知識
