Abbiamo provato in Sardegna la KTM 890 SMT (ATTENZIONE: alcune riprese si riferiscono a tratti di strada chiusi al traffico!), novità 2023 per la Casa austriaca e anche ritorno - parecchio atteso - del nome SuperMoto Tourer all'interno della sua line-up. Raccoglie l'eredità della "vecchia" 990 SMT che uscì di produzione circa 10 anni fa, dalla quale si stacca nettamente per architettura motoristica (qui il motore è il bicilindrico in linea LC8c e non il V di 75°) ma il carattere è molto simile:
